Rolex

Rolex is a brand that occupies a special place in the hearts of those who love luxury watches. Founded initially as Wilsdorf and Davis in 1905 by Gans Wilsdorf and Alfred Davis, the watch designing and manufacturing company came to be known as Rolex in the year 1908.

In 1915, it became Rolex watch Co. Ltd. After World War I got over, the headquarters were shifted from London to Geneva. Rolex SA and Montres Tudor SA, its subsidiary, design, make, distribute, as well as service wristwatches that are sold under the brands of Rolex and Tudor.

The Rolex crown was designed by none other than Wilsdorf and Davis themselves. The logo was trademarked in 1925. It embodies the brand’s slogan – A Crown for Every Achievement.
