Shepard Smith — Est. $3.95 Million, New York

Shepard Smith is known all over the country as a news anchor on Fox News. He even has his own show named Shepard Smith Reporting and has recently started working for Fox News Update as well. He’s 55 years of age and not even close to retirement, meaning he still has a lot of opportunities to increase his wealth before he’s done with his career. Wanting to make an investment out of his property, he listed his condominium in Greenwich Village for a hefty price of $4 million.

He originally shelled out about $1.875 million when he purchased the property in May 2004. No one took the offer and the price tag was further reduced to $3.95 million, but even that move failed, and Smith eventually took the property off the market in February 2012. Too bad no one wanted this house as it’s absolutely stunning and well-made.
