It might sound unbelievable, but only a few years after buying a home in upscale Malibu, renovating, and showing it off, Cindy Crawford is not only selling her beachfront home but is giving it away at nearly $20-million less than its estimated value. Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber are owners of two other houses, in Beverly Hills and in Toronto. They aren’t new to the idea of flipping properties, so their choice of price tag is rather strange! Under the circumstances, Crawford’s 5-bedroom Beverly Hills home is more than likely the culprit responsible for her smug confidence. Why else would anyone give up such a grandiose estate for so little? However, Crawford has shared that she has shared many beautiful family memories in that home and the family room being her favourite space in the home. No doubt they will make many more memories in their next home!
