According to a source, the South African beautiful actress sold her property not long time ago. The new owner paid around $3.8 million for Charlize’s 3-bedroom house which she first purchased in 2009 for $3.625 million. It seems the actress’ bank account, whose net worth reaches the $110 million value, will be the same considering she didn’t make any worthy profit from selling the house. Despite the fact is was originally listed for $4.599 million, the chic-retro property didn’t seem to cost more than $3 million, with it being said that Theron purchased it in the year 2007 for about $2,760 500. It is a two bathroom condo in the Broadway Hollywood Building. Theron makes no secret of her being a real estate enthusiast, so we are not surprised by her expensive and smart homes! Theron sure does have great taste and makes smart investments.
