Reportedly, the Greenwich Connecticut mansion is estimated to cost around $27 million and has an array of high-end amenities like a private lake, a tennis court, and an indoor pool. What takes the attention apart from these is the beauty of the landscape, the forest, and green pasture. And rightfully, the man decided to keep his children in Connecticut, far away from Los Angeles. We are quite sure he has invested in the best of health insurance plans for his kids, too. However, after staying at the residence for some time, Howard sold the family compound for $27.5 million, which actually set a record for being the most expensive sale for Westchester County!
