Pharrell is totally “Happy” living in his amazing mansion in Miami. His $11-million house has 10,000 square feet of space and it’s the stuff of dreams, fully decorated with the latest furniture and works of art, some of them even originating from TV shows like Family Guy. It has a panoramic view of Miami and 30-foot ceilings. This unique mansion comes with five bedrooms, a home cinema, seven baths, game rooms, and its own gym. Its outdoor space includes a modern pool, a lot of hot tubs, saunas, and enough parking space for seven cars. Williams’ home in Coral Gablez in Florida covers 17,025 square feet and sits on 3.3 acres. It sports 12 bathrooms and nine bedrooms, with 35 feet of waterfront ! This is a fortunate family who get to pick from a couple of luxury homes to live in!
