Dolly Parton – Est. $400,000, Tennessee

The country music star attained immense fame with Hello, I’m Dolly, her debut album that came out in 1967. Her successful run continued until the latter half of the 60s and poured into the first half of the 90s as well. Dolly had been honored with an induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1999. She has also displayed some great acting skills in films such as Rhinestone, Joyful Noise, Steel Magnolias, 9 to 5, Straight Talk, and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.

For this she even earned nominations for the Golden Globe in the Best Actress category. Parton, along with Carl Dean, her husband, resides in Brentwood, Tennessee and their property stands on a total area of 3324 square feet. The residence is set off the highway nearby and is fenced on all its sides. The duo made an investment of $400,000 when they bought the house in 1999.
