Jay DeMarcus has been pretty smart with his time in the past, and we can expect him to be so in the future as well. Most of his fame comes from the famous band, Rascal Flatts, although Jay had been on a musical journey well before that. He worked in a Christian band and even recently, he founded a Christian record label titled Red Street Records.

We thought he had it all with his $1.5-million house in Nashville, but he seems to have bigger plans in terms of real estate investments. That’s not much of a problem for him, of course, since with the money he has earned, he can afford any lifestyle he chooses.
