A country music fan will unmistakably recognize who Garth Brooks is. The Recording Industry Association of America hails him as the best-selling solo albums artist in the country. That’s a huge recognition for a musician! In 2014, Brooks put his Oklahoma mansion up in the market at a price of something close to $3.5 million. The family’s wish to move back to Nashville had probably been the reason why such a decision was taken.

The mansion had been designed on the lines of a French country style and is spread across an area of 14,089 square feet. Inside, there are 9 and a half bathrooms and 7 bedrooms, aside from 2 kitchens, a gym, a screening room, and a garage capable of holding 5 cars. As far as we know, all the necessary papers were sorted out before the listing was done, and we’re sure the new owners are happy about this purchase!
