Kevin James and Steffiana De La Cruz lived in a luxurious mansion for a while before they put it on the market in 2016, with a hefty price tag of $28.85 million! The home rests on 2.7 acres of lush manicured land and sports an incredible ocean view as it is situated on the beachfront on Delray Beach. He purchased the Palm Beach property for $18.5 million in 2012. James raked in plenty of profit when he let it go for $26.4 million later in 2016. The mansion sprawls across 12,000 square feet and boasts eight bathrooms, a meditation room, a library, and a games room. A saltwater pool pulls it all together. James actually purchased the vacant lot next door in 2014 for $4.25 million, which was included in the sale.
