Jimmy Kimmel — Est. $2.29 Million, Los Angeles

Phenomenal talk show host Jimmy Kimmel owned a lovely house in Hollywood Hills and called it his home for half a decade — after which he decided to sell it off for about $2.29 million. He initially bought the five-bedroom house for only $925K in 2002. But after his marriage with Murder Mystery actress Molly McNearney in 2013, Jimmy must have wanted a new house where he could start a new chapter of his life with the love of his life. He must have done extensive work on the place to make it look like a grand estate, and hence the asking price has gone up a bit. Before being in the market in 2014, the house was rented out by him since he moved to the Sunset Strip compound. The place is very private, and Kimmel had a dozen televisions throughout the property. Well, that is justified since we are talking about a veteran talk show host here who couldn’t live without a television!
