This charming house in Paradise Valley, Arizona went up for sale in 2017 and once belonged to guitarist and singer George Benson. It is spread over 6000 square feet, and the house is set on 2.5 acres of land. Perched on the side of a hill, the views are quite mesmerizing and so are the luxurious amenities that make this house so special. It features an air-conditioned indoor sports court, a two-car garage, a pool with a waterfall, and a bar and gazebo. The house looks just right for entertaining guests. The lovely times Benson spent here must have inspired him to write some of his greatest songs — the house does have that kind of effect.
