The 77-year-old singer and songwriter kickstarted her career in 1958, and she is still quite active in the circuit. Carole is credited with almost 25 solo albums and Tapestry, the most successful among them, has had the distinction of being the no. 1 album by a female singer for around 20 whopping years! Amazing, isn’t it? She has laid her hands on more than three Grammy Awards and has been honored with an induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame. She has raked in enough in her bank account, with the help of which she acquired the stunning ranch in Idaho. Previously a commercial enterprise, King turned it into her primary nest and her own recording studio. The main residence is almost 7000 square feet in area and has five bedrooms in it. There is a caretaker’s cabin, a creek’s cabin, a wood shop, a chicken house, two barns, a greenhouse, and two pools. Luxurious, right?
