Tom Hanks — $17.5 Million, Palisades Riviera

He aced the endearing titular character in Forrest Gump, made us sit on the edge of our seats as we followed his adventures as Robert Langdon in Angels and Demons, The Da Vinci Code, and Inferno, and made us giggle when he voiced Woody in the Toy Story franchise. Is there anything that Tom Hanks can’t do? Because of his many contributions in the film industry, Hanks is a well-respected and celebrated figure in Tinseltown, and he has two Academy Awards to prove just how amazing he is in his field.

Through his long and fruitful career, Hanks amassed a huge fortune in his bank account, and together with his wife, actress and singer Rita Wilson, he purchased two (yes, two!) properties located in the Palisades Riviera in Los Angeles. One of the two is a Spanish-inspired villa that covers 3930 square feet while the other is one that is reminiscent of English country style houses and is sprawled over an area of 7260 square feet. The power couple put it up in the market for a whopping $17.5 million, and anyone with that kind of money can definitely count themselves lucky if they decide to purchase these properties!
