Art enthusiasts may recognize this as a different version of “Departure of the Winged Ship” by Vladimir Kush. The original painting depicts a sailing ship with multiple colorful butterflies as its sails.

But German painter, Gesine Marwedel, used the human body as a canvas to create this mysterious yet beautiful piece.
