Lena Olin – Born 1955
Swedish actress Lena Olin was a nurse and a substitute teacher before her foray into acting. She has worked with the Royal Dramatic Theater in Sweden for over a decade and it was an acclaimed director who cast her in Face to Face. Olin has made quite a name for herself over the years, especially for her part in the American TV series Alias where she starred opposite Jennifer Garner. Olin has also been the recipient of many awards and she prefers living in her home country, though she often collaborates with her Hollywood counterparts for projects. Her lengthy career undoubtedly allowed Olin to build a hefty bank balance and even if she does plan to retire, we’re sure that wouldn’t be a problem for the actress.
