Jackie had misunderstood the waitress. The waitress was in fact supportive of all women who had to breastfeed in public places while creepy men made newbie mothers feel uncomfortable. She had been experienced enough to see how it tends to affect mothers in more ways than one. They had to breastfeed their children as they had to take care of their babies’ nourishment.
So, they did not have a way out, so the onus is on others to make them feel good and comfortable. The waitress or Bodi as she is called decided to change things around.
