Jackie had put up with this nonsense for so long that when someone like Bodi, reacted differently and put up an unexpected reaction, she was stumped. She felt bewildered thinking perhaps Bodi was up to no good. Bodi may have something up her sleeve that will impact the husband-wife bond.
At first, when Bodi did the opposite of what she had thought, she forgot to thank her. Later she went inside to thank her for her support. Especially when in this case she wasn’t getting any support from anyone. Bodi was certainly empathetic and Jackie hearts her actions.
