George W. Bush and Laura Bush – Together Since 1977

The 43rd president of the US who ran his term from 2001 to 2009 – George W. Bush belongs to a political family, as his father George H.W. Bush also served as the 4th president of the USA. A towering figure among the Republicans took the nation’s highest office at the beginning of the new millennium. He made significant earnings, while also bringing an array of benefits for his countrymen.

Now in his 70s, Bush is often seen making public appearances with his wife, Laura. Now that the couple has embraced retirement, it is amazing to look back at their 40 years in togetherness. There were problems in their relationship, too, as much as any other husband and wife. But Laura contends that things eventually came back to normal.

Laura had met her husband George in 1977 and tied the knot the same year. In 1981, they had twin daughters. Now they’ve grown old, and the duo had beautifully balanced their work along with their peaceful family life.
