Although Dee and Moesha were at loggerheads during the first season, they became cordial to each other as the show progressed and became her confidant, especially at times when Frank was a bit intrusive and dominating. After Moesha was over, Sheryl landed a role in Instant Mom where she carried the role of Maggie Turner with ease.
