Carel Struycken, geboren op het zonnige Curaçao, begon zijn carrière ver van de glitter en glamour van Hollywood. Zelfs na zijn zeventigste weet hij met zijn indrukwekkende verschijning en acteertalent menig film- en televisiekijker te fascineren.
