When it was announced that Karine Jean-Pierre took over the post of White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki in 2022. Karine is not new to the Biden administration, as she has been holding the position of the principal deputy press secretary since January 2021. While everyone already knows about her professional life, what they would like to know is about their personal life.

Karine and her partner Suzanne Malveaux are pretty tight-lipped about their personal lives. What we do know is that Karine and Suzanne live in Washington, D.C., with their lovely daughter, Soleil.

Armed with a sociology and journalism degree, Suzanne has built a wonderful career in broadcast journalism. She has also been part of shows such as CNN’s Around the World as well as part of the CNN newsroom. Suzanne has also worked as a White House correspondent and a primary substitute for Wolf Blitzer on The Situation Room.

Joy Reid and Jason Reid – Together Since 1997

Joy Reid is an eminent media personality. She is a graduate of Harvard University and her amazing qualities such as her eloquence and her brilliant attitude help her stand out among the crowd.

Joy Reid is someone who has very straightforward opinions and hardly shies away from expressing them, even if it airing her views on political matters.  She has a weekly show AM Joy, an MSNBC show. Her impressive bank account is largely for authoring many successful books. Some of her most popular books remain, Barack Obama, the Clintons, and the Racial Divide and also The Man Who Sold America: Trump and the Unravelling of the American Story.

Joy has experienced immense popularity in most of her professional ventures, and she is among the few lucky ones, who have experienced success in her personal life as well. Joy got hitched to her editor Jason Reid. The couple has been together for 22 years and their love for each other has not waned one bit.  It is so heartening to witness such a wonderful love story.
