With his talent as massive as his frame, one would think actor Kevin James has it all. But when Kevin James bagged a role in Here Comes the Boom, he decided to get rid of his excess flab. James trained in mixed martial arts and stuck to high-intensity workouts throughout.

He also followed it with a high-protein intake to keep his lean muscle mass at peak. Afterward, it was found that James lost 85 lbs, though he gained most of it back after wrapping up the film. Thankfully he has been trying to keep his weight under control and seems to be 40 lbs lighter. We hope he manages to stick to it as we wouldn’t want him to get out of shape once again.
