Kirsten Vangsness: Renée Stephens Weight-Loss Podcast
The gorgeous tech geek from Criminal Minds, Kirsten Vangsness has never shied from her weight. But, in spite of being popular with fans, she has often received negativity due to it. In 2014, the pretty Kirsten surprised everyone with her weight loss.
She said she wanted guaranteed insurance and to find a proper method. Kirsten gives credit for this milestone to Renée Stephens’ book Full-Filled, which details a six-week plan to reduce weight without crash diets or extreme methods. It has helped her to discipline herself without being too rigid, and with a 50lb weight loss already underway, Kirsten is looking fitter than ever.
