Conchata Ferrell – Heart- Healthy Diet
75- year old Conchata Ferrell had a long career in Hollywood, starting from the bottom in the 1960’s. She was never the size zero actress, hence finding work at times proved difficult. Yet, her acting skills took her places and she will always be remembered for her roles in L.A. Law, Two And A Half Men, E/R, and Post 70. Though she was never bothered with Hollywood’s size standard, Conchata decided to follow a healthy lifestyle and lost weight, not only for her fitness but for her heart health as well. We honestly think she looks better now!
