Oscar-winning actor Russell Crowe comes from a country that is known for its stunning outdoors and adventurous activities – New Zealand. No wonder when it comes to exercises, he has chosen cycling which has worked wonders for his weight loss efforts. Russell Crowe gained weight for his movie The Nice Guys. Through cycling, the actor lost about 50 pounds and already looks dapper in his suit. This is not the first time that this 51-year-old actor has gained weight for his movie. Back in 2000, he gained weight his character role in Gladiator.
