Who needs fancy flotation devices when you’ve got a collection of soda bottles and a bit of imagination? Here’s a prime example of repurposing gone gloriously wrong—or maybe gloriously right. The man took some bottles, fashioned a makeshift floatie belt, and set out to conquer those waves, ready to prove that buoyancy is just a state of mind.
Sure, it’s not the sleekest look on the beach, but it’s a conversation starter. He’s flaunting his commitment to recycling while making sure he doesn’t end up as a sea-floor attraction. It might not be the usual way to stay afloat, but who said life at camp had to be conventional?
