He is married to the former soccer star of the women’s national soccer team, Lauren Holiday. Lauren happens to have laid her hands on an Olympic gold medal two times and has led her country to emerge as the champions in the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Lauren has been honored with the U.S. Soccer Young Female Athlete of the Year title in 2007 and the U.S. Soccer Female Athlete of the Year title in 2014.
