They’ve been trying to sell it and another one of their properties at the same time on the market since 2013. At first, they had hoped to sell their property for $20 million; however, they have had to lower it many times.

The unincorporated community of Leiper’s Fork has a population of only 650, but there isn’t much to do there. There is a church, a distillery, and a restaurant called Country Boy in this rural town, but that’s all.
