A chance to mingle with an NBA legend like Alonzo Mourning is sure to excite sports fans, isn’t it? The NBA great built his Coconut Grove, Florida, mansion to his specifications in 1996. In fact, in 2018, the opportunity to acquire a piece of Mourning history came on the market.

It was only in 2009 that Alonzo was able to sell his property for six million dollars after investing an incredible amount of time and money into it. To put it up for sale for $7.14 million, the current owner decided, in 2015, that it was time to undergo yet another property alteration.
