His enormous estate in Windermere, Florida, which he purchased in 1993 for $4 million, has been completely renovated into a shrine dedicated to the famous basketball player. He added a touch of enchantment to the property by constructing a pier and a garage with space for 17 vehicles.
The price of this alien property has increased due to all of the pricey modifications is not a positive thing. In 2018, the home was listed for sale for $28 million; however, there was no interest in purchasing it. The fee that O’Neal requests to be paid has been decreased to $19.5 million as of September 2020.
