Helen Hunt, who was nominated for an Academy Award for her work on remodeling this stunning Hollywood Hills estate, was heavily involved in the process. The land was owned by Errol Flynn, a famous and iconic Hollywood actor.
However, she never lived there. Hunt and her husband 1997 purchased it after dismantling the vestiges of the previous estate that had stood on the land. After being on the market for some time with a price tag of around $9 million, it has been revealed that a buyer is willing to pay $8 million for it.
