Melanie Griffith has finally fulfilled her lifelong ambition of owning her ski chalet. After the actress’ breakup with Antonio Banderas in 2015, she decided that it was time for a new beginning in her life. This exquisite Aspen home, which spans 7,300 square feet, was purchased for $10 million.
In 2018, the property was finally sold, but not before a significant loss. The purchasers simply weren’t interested even though the lodge is lovely and has a lot of character. Melanie ended up cutting the price by more than half, to a mere $4.3 million, even though real estate brokers may advise you to aim high.
