To raise $65 million, former NBC anchor Matt Lauer listed his oceanfront property on the market last year. The actor Richard Gere originally sold it for $36,8 million to the former journalist. Lauer’s six-acre estate isn’t the only property he’s selling these days. His North Haven, New York, and Strongheart Manor mansion are also for sale. The former NBC star has bid for the property worth $44.8 million. The house has a total of six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. In addition to the main home, there are two guest cottages and an island-themed tea house, making this an excellent spot for family vacations.

After he departed from NBC, Matt Lauer struggled to put his home on the market. When the 2017 news surfaced, Corcoran pulled this home off the market. Despite its obvious allure, the property is unlikely to be sold anytime soon.
