After starring in Blossom, Joey Lawrence purchased a Spanish mansion in Encino, California, about twenty years ago and hasn’t been out of it since. There was no buyer for his $3.2 million estate when he put it on the market for the first time in 2010. Additional amenities included multiple saunas, an indoor pool, a movie theater, and a master bedroom with a private bathroom.

At $2.3 million, Lawrence finally settled on the price. He spent $1.2 million in 1994, but $900,000 is still a sizable price drop. He put it back on the market in 2016, this time for $2.249 million, hoping for better luck this time. Since Lawrence hasn’t had any chance to sell the property in the past, he won’t lose money if he sells it now at its current price. Melissa and Joey star Joey Fatone spent a little over $2 million for the home.
