He purchased Melanie Griffith out of their Central Park condo when he and his ex-wife decided to part ways. However, in 2018, the actor decided to sell the 6,000-square-foot home he had built for himself.

Although it is located in what many New Yorkers consider their ideal neighborhood, the house is still on the market for $7.45 million. Banderas was still trying to sell the pad as recently as July 2020, despite knowing that an actual bidder was unlikely to materialize anytime soon.
