Kevin Jonas may be well-known to young ladies worldwide as one of the Jonas Brothers and a former adolescent idol, but that’s not all he’s accomplished. Kevin is an expert in real estate, having bought and sold numerous mansions throughout his career.

After putting his Montville, New Jersey home on the market in 2017, he encountered several challenges in selling it. Even though it was built by his own company and featured a gorgeous design, the celebrity didn’t spend much time in the house. After being on the market for more than a year, the massive estate was finally sold for less than the $2.5 million asking price.
