There is no joking around here. The asking price for this residence remained the same when it was first put on the market: $10. The house is 4,000 square feet in size and is located in New Jersey. However, this is not the deal of the century for an excellent reason. In New Jersey, the town planning board has approved a subdivision for the land where this house is located; thus, if you buy the home, you will have to move it immediately. To reclaim ownership of the ground beneath your house, you must pay the city a significant sum.
