Anyone who has seen Tori Spelling’s reality show, Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, would recognize this Mediterranean-style property. The mansion had a crucial role in the production between 2007 and 2011. However, following the cancellation of the show, Spelling sold it to Los Angeles Galaxy star Jermaine Jones for $2.5 million.

The Encino mansion was relisted in 2017 for a price that was nearly twice as high as the original asking price. The property was valued at 4.5 million dollars by Jones. During the time he has held the property, its value has nearly doubled, proving that the asking price is reasonable. According to the Los Angeles Times, an outside cabana with a kitchen and bar has been outfitted with a chandelier and other improvements.
