It has been a rough few years for Mel B and the rest of the Spice Girls, who have had a lot of success in recent years. Despite purchasing their Los Angeles property in 2014, Scary Spice and her ex-husband did not put it on the market until 2017, three years after they had first moved into it.
Even though Mel’s initial asking price was $9.5 million, the price has steadily declined as time has progressed. They initially offered $7.5 million as a settlement. The property was sold when the price was finally lowered to $5.5 million after two years on the market.
