It’s rare to see a Hollywood couple together for so long that there’s no hint of them splitting up anytime soon. Additionally, they have a lucrative Malibu beach house property that serves as a side business for both of them, making them a multi-millionaire couple. The Broad Beach home, with its Balinese design and price tag of $14.8 million, went on the market in 2011. The Hollywood couple had rented it for $95,000 a month for nearly three decades before that. Even though renting was successful, they had difficulty selling the beachfront property.
Broad Beach was created in the 1970s when companies like General Motors and Exxon were at their peak. The chef’s kitchen has been completely restored, as has the great room two stories high and features a massive chandelier. There is a lovely flagstone patio that welcomes you to the home’s tropical theme.
