Grace, discipline, and a killer fitness routine…Melania Trump has mastered them all! Standing at 5 feet 11 inches and weighing approximately 139 pounds, this FLOTUS exudes elegance effortlessly. A former model who once graced the covers of Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar, she knows a thing or two about staying in shape.
Some pilates, paired with ankle weights, really amps up the burn. She fuels her day with a fruit smoothie and makes sure to eat at least seven pieces of fruit daily.
