Dr. Dre. – $40 Million, Brentwood, Los Angeles
Dr. Dre has been making music an integral part of his life. Thankfully, he has got a big house and an underground studio in his Brentwood home in Los Angeles. Well, his studio is really large and why not when his home covers, 18,298-square-foot! He bought his home in 2014 from its previous owners Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen for $40 million.
The mansion is surrounded by a moat and has a bridge to cross it. The castle-like home has five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a garage that houses six cars. Dr. Dre has made several renovations to cater to his family’s whims and fancies.
It has a home gym and sauna to keep him and his family fit. His house boasts several amenities such as an outdoor bathtub and seven fireplaces. His house seems pretty luxurious, no wonder Dr. Dre. and his family loves it.
