James Harrison & Beth Tibbott – Shadyside, Estimated $1.8 Million
James Harrison has retired from the NFL now, but in his hay days, his Shadyside house, in Pittsburgh, saw a lot of action. It was a great place for entertaining his guests, and along with wife Beth Tibbot, James had many parties here.
The house was built in 1994, but it was not too difficult for James to revamp it completely to make it more modern and to suit their needs. However, the house is on sale since 2017. James is still the all-time sack leader in the Steelers, which is one of many teams he played for. He is now a football analyst on FS1.
