Wendy Williams had always been criticized due to her weight. She eventually decided to do something about it. She hit the gym everyday doing cardio exercises and had a very strict diet by avoiding junk foods, refined sugars, and lessening meat. She was able to lose 50 pounds by the end of 2015. Now she looks slimmer and healthier.
