Mas com toda certeza, o ex-presidente está aproveitando sua aposentadoria nessa residência de tamanho modesto, comparada à sua morada no passado.
O valor do imóvel não foi revelado publicamente, mas um de seus vizinhos é o empresário Emílio Odebrecht. Sabendo disso, é de se imaginar que a área não é nem um pouco barata, apesar do tamanho modesto da casa.
