Foo Fighters
Foo Fighters are one of the top American rock bands formed in Seattle in 1994. Foo Fighters was earlier known as a one-man project conceptualized by former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl. After the resounding success of the eponymous debut album Foo Fighters, Grohl recruited a band that had Nate Mendel, William Goldsmith, and Pat Smear.
Apart from several global stadium tours, Foo Fighters have been visiting several music festivals, playing at intimate gigs, and even playing a crowd-funded concert in Richmond, Virginia. The band members themselves consider their 2008 gig at London’s Wembley Arena and was thought to be one of their most memorable. Lead singer Dave Grohl told NME that they never expected them to reach the level they expected to reach.
