A normal pregnancy can be one of the most challenging experiences a woman will ever have. But having triplets takes it to a whole new level. Especially when they are confronted with someone who is not the father of their child. This makes the process of having a child even more difficult. However, everyone assumes that everything will be fine after the birth. This usually happens after a woman gives birth to her child. When she finally holds her baby in her arms, her pain subsides. Cynthia, however, was not.

The doctor had bad news for her even before she saw her babies. But what does Cynthia have to say to the doctor? Does he bring you bad news? Is there a problem with the baby? Or is your own health at risk? Why is the father not present and what impact will this news have on their relationship? These are the questions we will ponder as the story progresses.
