We already know that Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson split last year, but in case the engagement hadn't had ended, there would have been a surprise for us after the couple's marriage. While many of us cannot stop playing the singer's hit Thank U, Next, Ariana would have released a completely different version of the song about her ex Pete Davidson.

Grande wrote three versions of the songs because she didn't know which one was the perfect depiction of their relationship. While they were together, Pete and Ari's engagement was far from perfect with loads of ups and downs.

One version of the pop singer's song was about marrying Davidson. This was back when things were different between the two and they were so in love with each other that they were ready to walk down the aisle. But their five months long relationship came to a tragic end after Mac Miller's sudden death which took a serious toll on Ariana's mental health.

Grande is learning how to cope with the loss and heartbreak, by finding a balance between her career and personal life. She may have kept the Davidson version of her song hidden from fans, but she won a Grammy anyway. The singer is leading the pack of most-subscribed female artists on YouTube ahead of Katy Perry and Taylor Swift. Meanwhile, Davidson is not too excited for her achievement as he covers up the tattoo he inked for his once-lady love.
