35 ANNI DOPO IL DISASTRO DI CHERNOBYL – ECCO COME APPARE OGGI
LA CENTRALE ELETTRICA È RIMASTA APERTA
Nessuno avrebbe mai pensato che sia l’Unione Sovietica che l’Ucraina avrebbero mantenuto aperta la Centrale Nucleare di Chernobyl fino al 2000. Solo il reattore quattro fu coperto e i lavori continuarono. Gli individui che lavoravano nella centrale dovevano attenersi alle rigorose leggi sul lavoro che erano state stabilite e erano sotto costante monitoraggio da parte di gruppi internazionali di difesa dei diritti. Non si sa se i loro avvocati specializzati in incidenti avessero veramente pensato a una via d’uscita, ma lavorare in quell’ambiente poteva rivelarsi letale. Un lavoratore poteva lavorare solo per circa cinque ore al giorno per un mese e poi doveva prendersi obbligatoriamente 15 giorni di ferie.
